Annahi Tejeda Missing – According to the Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Department, a missing 13-year-old girl who was reported missing by her family in Pico Rivera last week has been located safe and sound on Sunday. Annahi Tejeda was last seen leaving her residence around Gallatin Road and Rosemead Boulevard. Both of these roads are in close proximity to each other. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced on Sunday that the missing girl had been located.

The members of Annahi’s family held a heartfelt press conference on Saturday, pleading with the general public for information regarding their daughter’s disappearance at the time. The mother reported that she had recently learnt that it was possible that her daughter was suffering from both sadness and anxiety. During their hunt for the missing girl, investigators reported finding no evidence of any illegal or suspicious conduct or foul play.

A man was discovered dead from gunshot wounds early on Tuesday morning, January 4, in the parking lot of a strip mall in Pico Rivera. The victim, who was described by deputies as being a male in his 40s, had not been named by the authorities as of yet. Around 12:44 a.m., a caller reported hearing gunshots in the 9500 block of Telegraph Road, according to Deputy Trina Schrader, who is a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department. The injured individual was discovered by deputies lying on the ground in front of a local store. He was pronounced dead at the spot. There is no clear explanation as to what led up to the shooting.
Lieutenant Charles Calderaro of the Sheriff’s Department stated that it was likely that there were people at the strip mall who departed before the deputies arrived. The investigators are hunting for those who saw what happened.
