A 13-year-old girl from Stillwater is missing, and the state police are actively searching for her. Around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, outside of her house, Allison Burns got into a blue Honda CRV. Since then, she has not communicated with her loved ones. Sometime later, she was last spotted on Route 9 in Saratoga Springs. She may be in the company of an older male and heading toward the Endicott area. Allison is 115 pounds and 5’4″ tall.
