Amber Alert; Lacene Ostling Wyoming Missing since July 27

Lacene Ostling Missing – The Wyoming Highway Patrol has issued an Ashanti Alert for Lacene Ostling on behalf of the Rawlins Police Department. Lacene, a 79-year-old female with dementia, is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 135 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes. She departed her home in Hanna, Wyoming last night and was last seen around 9 p.m. on July 27, 2023, walking westbound on US 30 towards medicine bow.

She was last seen wearing a light brown shirt with the words “cow girls” printed on the front, grey trousers, and brown hiking boots. Also, Lacene wears spectacles. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Rawlins Police Department at (307) 328-2776.
