Obituary- Death, Ex-boyfriend is exonerated, but a gang member is charged with killing a woman in Leonia – According to detectives, a Paterson gang member accused of killing a Leonia lady in the garden apartment she shared with her kid fled out when he heard the youngster wake up, then circled back as if he was just arriving. According to a lawsuit filed in Superior Court in Hackensack, Leonia police were met at the Grand Avenue apartment by Diakos and Arnone’s 13-year-old daughter in response to a 9:59 a.m. emergency call of a stabbing.
