According to reports, Alana Vasquez, a resident of Queens, New York passed away from injuries sustained in the fatal incident. She was so incredibly kind and caring, goofy, and fun and loving. Thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family during this difficult time.

How did the shooting happen?
The police department swiftly reacted to reports of gunfire in the Hall and Freeman vicinity. Based on initial information, officers discovered a vehicle near a person inside, potentially suffering from injuries. The individual was identified as Alana Vasquez, a 19-year-old female who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Alana was promptly transported to the hospital but, tragically, succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
