UPDATE TWO: Fort Worth Police say multiple officials are responding to an active bomb threat at the Hulen Mall. The mall has been evacuated and law enforcement agencies including the fire department and bomb squad are now responding to the area for active investigations. Everyone is urged to avoid the mall at this time.
Update One: Hulen Mall has been evacuated by the police. Shoppers and workers inside the mall were successfully evacuated from the mall following a disturbance inside the shopping center. According to reports, law enforcement agencies were called to Hulen Mall after a fight broke out between two rival gangs. According to locals who were inside the mall during the altercation, some of the people involved brandished weapons (guns) which prompted the workers to direct all shoppers to evacuate the mall from the backdoor.
At the time of this publication, no injuries have been confirmed and the scene is still active. At least eight police cars have been seen responding to the scene of the incident. Law enforcement agencies did not confirm if any shots have been fired at this time.
