A young woman who died in a car accident on St. Patrick’s Day will be laid to rest today. Following the tragic death of Tracey Moran of Milltown Glenamoy, a dark shadow has been cast over Erris. Tracey, 26, was killed when the car she was riding in collided with a wall at 11.15 p.m. at Knocklower, Pullathomas.
According to westernpeople.ie, Tracey died at Mayo University Hospital on Friday morning, surrounded by her heartbroken and loving family. Tracey, who worked at Specsavers in Ballina, was a well-liked and popular young lady. The community has been startled and saddened by her unexpected death.
