According to whdh.com, Residents of Norwell are mourning the death of a teen who died in a car accident in Marshfield that also left two others hospitalized with serious injuries.
The 16-year-old driver was brought to South Shore Hospital before being rerouted to Children’s Hospital in Boston, according to police. According to police, a 16-year-old guy was taken to South Shore Hospital with critical injuries, while a 17-year-old male, Nicholas Wanderley of Norwell, was pronounced dead at the site.
The vehicle was heading south on Forest Street when it over the double yellow line and struck a tree, according to preliminary inquiry.
