64-year-old driver has died in South Sioux City crash: On Saturday evening, a collision in South Sioux City claimed the life of a driver who was 64 years old.
An accident involving three vehicles occurred at approximately 6:27 p.m. on Saturday, and the South Sioux City Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of College Way and the U.S. 77 bypass to investigate the incident.
According to a press release issued by the police department, emergency responders carried three individuals—two adults and one child—to the hospital for testing and treatment of probable injuries.
According to the press statement, the police department received the news that one of the drivers, a woman who was 64 years old, had passed away a little less than an hour later.
