Police identified Woman Killed in Meriden – After receiving several calls just before 9:30 p.m. reporting that gunshots had been fired, Meriden police arrived at the Atrium Condominium Apartment complex on East Main Street and discovered Curtis laying in the complex’s driveway, according to police.
According to nbcconnecticut.com, Dominique Curtis, 37, has been recognized by police as the woman. Medical workers arrived and declared her dead on the spot. Curtis was a resident of the Atrium Condominium/Apartment complex.
In a statement released Tuesday, police stated, “The members of the Meriden Police Department like to convey our heartfelt condolences to each and every member of Dominique’s family for their loss.”
The police investigation is still ongoing. They claimed that the suspect and Curtis knew each other and that there is no reason for the other inhabitants of the Atrium apartment complex to be concerned.
