According to police, two sisters have been detained in connection with the shooting murder of a lady outside a club on Indianapolis’ northwest side.

“I’ll remember her loving personality the most,” said Carl Harris Jr., who met Williams in high school. “She had an outgoing spirit. She was the type of person who always made sure everybody was good. She didn’t want anyone to feel alone.” https://t.co/6k9O6E8Gjz
